Below you’ll find our warranty terms & conditions and information on how to file a claim in the event that a part is defective.
We will replace the defective part within 6 months from the date of purchase.

In order to file a claim and receive a prompt response, please provide us with the following information: a copy of the receipt from the store where you purchased your Ogrow product and a picture showing the damage if applicable.
The warranty does not cover parts that show abuse or damage by wind, snow, weight overload or general neglect of maintenance.
If you made an error while purchasing your greenhouse, such as placing an order for the wrong size or part, we will gladly make an exchange. However, you will be responsible for any shipping charges required for the exchange.
