It is our ultimate goal to serve many happy customers.

Below you’ll find our warranty terms & conditions and information on how to file a claim in the event that a part is defective.

Greenhouse Frames

We will replace the defective part within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Covers

We will replace the defective part within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Replacment Shelves

We will replace the defective part within 6 months from the date of purchase.

All other products

  • Aprons
  • Kneeling pads
  • Gardening Kits
  • Anchor Kits
  • Gardening Tool Sets

We will replace the defective part within ninety days from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

How to file a warranty claim

In order to file a claim and receive a prompt response, please provide us with the following information: a copy of the receipt from the store where you purchased your Ogrow product and a picture showing the damage if applicable.

The warranty does not cover parts that show abuse or damage by wind, snow, weight overload or general neglect of maintenance.

If you made an error while purchasing your greenhouse, such as placing an order for the wrong size or part, we will gladly make an exchange. However, you will be responsible for any shipping charges required for the exchange.

Missing or broken parts

We make every effort to ensure that we ship our products in perfect condition. In the event that you receive your greenhouse with any of the parts missing, broken or bent. Please contact customer service for immediate replacement at no cost to the customer.
